Name, email, phone, date of birth, nationality, weight (safety/equipment), emergency contact, medical notes you voluntarily provide, payment data (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers), and flight footage if purchased.

To process and confirm bookings; send flight information; contact you regarding schedule changes; comply with RFAE and AESA requirements; deliver photo and video content. We do not sell data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis
Contract performance (booking fulfilment), legal obligation (aviation regulatory record-keeping), legitimate interest (operational safety), and consent for marketing (withdrawable at any time).
5. Data Retention
Booking records: 5 years (Spanish tax/aviation regulations). Health declarations: 3 years. Photo/video files: 90 days after the flight. Contact enquiries: 12 months.
