Full refund OR free reschedule
If we cancel your flight due to weather, wind, or safety conditions, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid within 5 business days, or a free reschedule to any available date within 12 months. You will be notified by 08:30 on the day.
Cancellation by you
More than 48 hours before your flight
Deposit is forfeited. No further charge. Free reschedule subject to availability.
24–48 hours before your flight
Deposit forfeited. One free reschedule to an alternative date within 6 months.
Less than 24 hours / no-show
Full package price charged. No reschedule or refund except in exceptional circumstances.
Date & name changes
Date changes: Free if requested more than 24 hours before the flight, subject to availability. One free date change per booking.
Name changes: Free at any time before the flight.
Package upgrades: Permitted at any time subject to availability. Pay the price difference. No refund for downgrades within 48 hours.
How to cancel or reschedule
WhatsApp is fastest. Include your booking reference (TTP-XXXXX) from your confirmation email.
