Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Company" means Tenerife Tandem Paragliding S.L., CIF B-38XXXXXX, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. "Passenger" means any person who books or participates in a flight. "Flight" means any tandem paragliding session operated by the Company.

2. Booking & Deposits

A booking is confirmed when the deposit payment is received and a confirmation email is issued. Deposits are non-refundable except in weather cancellation cases. The balance is due on the day of the flight before take-off.

3. Cancellation by Passenger

Cancellations more than 24 hours before: deposit forfeited, no further charge. Within 24 hours: full package price charged. No-shows: full package price charged. Date/name changes (more than 24 hours ahead): free of charge, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation by Company

If the Company cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure, the Passenger is entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. No additional compensation is payable.

5. Health & Fitness Requirements

Passengers must be in general good health. Prohibited conditions include: heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery (within 3 months), active ear infections. The pilot may refuse any passenger who poses a safety risk.

6. Weight & Age Restrictions

Minimum weight: 30 kg. Maximum weight: 110 kg. Minimum age: 7 years. Passengers under 18 must provide written parental consent. The Company reserves the right to weigh passengers and refuse boarding if limits are exceeded.

7. Liability

The Company holds professional liability insurance of €1,000,000 per incident. The Company is not liable for personal property loss, weather cancellations, or injuries from failing to follow pilot instructions.

8. Photo & Video

Where purchased, a download link will be provided within 48 hours of the flight. The Passenger grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use footage for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out in writing before the flight.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
